this is so fuckin problematic.
first, that baby is likely HER albino child, because woop-de-fuckin-doo albino children exist among black folks!
second, the HISTORICAL implications of showing a black women with an IMPLIED white baby at her tit..like, wtf does this have to do w affirming babies dont hate when african slave women nursed 98476587634856783654 of their white massahs children for hundreds of fuckin years. with no semblance of any kind of fuckin love anywhere, only HATRED and RACISM and MYSOGINY.
if anything a so-called white baby (coz i dont believe that baby white for one second) on a black tit is just a big ol reminder that black women were always good enough to nurse your white children, raise them and do all your fuckin housework, but never good enough to be just as human as a white woman. its a reminder of all the “white children” black women bore who were products rape at the hands of white massahs.

this couldve been a beautiful photo of a black mama breastfeedin her child.
instead someone thought it was somehow smart to equate black tit/white baby w “see, we can all love each other”, when this image, were it a white baby, could only ever be a reminder of HATRED, FORCED LABOR, RAPE, among other colonial ills.
